PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION
In order to apply for a Dance Talent Award at Brigham Young University, you will need to complete the following requirements:
1. Submit an official University Application for Admissions. An application can be found on the Admissions Home page, http://admissions.byu.edu/.
2. Complete the Application for the Dance Talent Award. The application is found in the Auditions and Scholarships section of our website. Download the application as a pdf or do File|saveAs and then Email the application to dance@byu.edu. You can also mail them to the address below. Applications must be received by Friday, January 27, 2012 by 5 p.m. (Mountain Time) to be considered for scholarship.
3. Teacher Recommendation Form should be completed and submitted by applicant's private dance teacher(s). This form should be printed and provided to any private dance teacher(s) . Once completed the form should be sent to the following address by Friday, January 27, 2012.
